Cascade injection

Cascade injection is a new way of molding, whereby a smooth closure remains. Moreover, the usage of multiple injection points reduces the fill pressure of the mold. A new injection point is activated after passing the flow front. This influences the design of the mould. Momexx, plastic mold manufacturer, has experience with this relatively new area of synthetic applications. The great advantage of the cascade injection technique is the possibility to experiment with the weld lines, due to valve gate control, after production of the mould in order to produces seamless products.
