Momexx manufactures moulds for shoesorter
Momexx has produced moulds for a shoesorter. That is a part of a sorting machine for package delivery services. This component ensures that after identification of the package, it is automatically 'pushed' to the correct sort destination. This second generation shoesorter is a progressive development in the existing technology. This new generation is equipped with energy absorbing push components and makes it possible to use a completely closed (patented) transport component. So thanks to the second generation shoesorter, delivery services can work much more efficient.

Momexx produced moulds for evolutionary EV-box
Momexx has delivered three moulds for the encapsulation of the EV-box. The EV-box is a charging stations for electrical and hybrid vehicles. The EV-box is made of plastic and is 100% recyclable. In April 2010, Momexx started with the production of the EV-box. Now, the EV-box is already in use by a lot of Dutch companies. Momexx delivered the mould for the frame, cover and the LED-ring
Momexx has a lot of experience in China. This delivers a lot of benefits for partners of Momexx. A part of the production of these moulds took place in China. So the EV-box was a Dutch/Chinese project. The injection-moulding of the EV-box takes place in Holland.
The EV-box is a revolutionary product and it delivers important benefits concerning the care of the environment. Earlier, the possibilities of charging electric vehicles were few, but with the introduction of the EV-box this has changed. Since the start of the production has, there are already a lot of EV-boxes established in Holland on central places. Every load-point has two socket-outlets (3 pin or 5 pin. These are useful for all kind of electrical vehicles, like cars, motorcycles and bikes. The EV-box is available in a few universal colours. It’s also possible to customize the EV-box in any desired colour, for example the colour of your company with your logo on it.
