Strategy
The strategy of Momexx is based on the optimum use of its capacities to further grow as a successful international company. The strategy aims at the package of possibilities (Total Package Concept) in combination with an international focus (Global Mould Making) in accordance with the customer (Customer relationship) with which a sustainable relation is built.
Global Mould Making
The international focus of Momexx is expressed by the different establishments in the Netherlands and China, the possibility to import from Portugal and by extending the sales and marketing activities to Middle and Eastern Europe and Asia.

Since January 2008 the Dutch establishments are located together in a new, modern and spacious building in Nieuwkuijk.

The building gives possibilities to Momexx as a plastic mould maker to further optimize all processes and improve our service. The modern building of 2,600 m˛ has a ‘green’ heat pump installation, which realizes a low energy heating and cooling of the building.
The head office with the new composition is also the think tank of the organisation. The knowledge on the shop floor is very extended and diverse and that’s why Momexx is capable to create a tailored product in all areas. More strongly, each product request is treated as a separate project which results in high quality moulds.
Shanghai
In Shanghai the main activity of Unic Mould Co. Ltd is based on plastic mould making in the middle segment according to European standards. Moreover there’s a production of products which are composed from several parts and components. Unic Mould also has injection moulding machines from 600 kN to 5700 kN for the testing and 0-series. Because of the Dutch management in Shanghai the quality and delivery times are guaranteed.

Momexx Guangzhou – Guangzhou, South China
The establishment in Guangzhou is an engineering office and is specialized in outsourcing and managing the mould production in China. Local project managers take care of the complete process from the proposal, measurement reports, first spray-casting to the production and assembly. In short, the total project management. This also includes the execution of product drawings and mould filling simulations. Momexx can also guarantee a high quality for the products from Guangzhou (South-China) due to 10 years of experience in China.
Total Package Concept
The intensive international contacts ensure that Momexx, plastic mould maker is able to deliver moulds from each level, from simple and functional to high-tech, and in different price ranges. A number of distinguishing techniques, such as the 3D CAD/CAM-systems, Rapid Tool and the test spray-casting make this possible.
3D CAD/CAM-systems
The mould design is realized with very modern 3D CAD-Systems. Momexx also has the availability of several 3D CAM-systems, with which all processing strategies are generated. These CAD/CAM-systems are linked to each other, so that possible modifications can be executed during the “process”.
Use of 3D CAD system in the construction of molds
Rapid Tool
For complex products Momexx can offer the “Rapid Tool”. This is a method with which only the critical parts of the product are processed in a mould to tests these facets at an early stage.
Mould testing and validation
Momexx has the availability of modern injection moulding machines with a clamping force from 400 kN to 3200 kN. All equipment is present to execute a realistic mould test or test spray-casting. These facilities are interesting for production companies that do not want to interrupt their production, but want to test the new developments in advance. And they also realize an improvement of the output like this. Tool and die shops can also test their moulds before they are transferred to the customer.
Momexx also tests the produced moulds before these are transferred to the customer.This can also be realized for thin wall packaging moulds .
Close Customer Relationship
